1. Do you sell your gowns online?
a. We do not sell our gowns online and do not currently authorize any retailer to do so either. We would advise against purchasing from any website that claims to sell our gowns.

2. Can I purchase a gown directly from Paraezo?
a. We do not sell directly to the public because we prefer that you receive quality service and care that only a full service bridal retailer can provide you.

3. How can I find the price of your gowns?
a. Please contact an authorized retailer near you for all pricing information. They can be found on the “ Store Locater” on our website.

4. How long does it normally take for my gown to arrive?
a. Time lines may vary, please contact an authorized retailer near you for all ordering and delivery inquiries.

5. My wedding date is very close, do you offer rush shipping?
a. Yes, we offer rush shipping. Please contact an authorized retailer near you for details on rush deliveries. Authorized retailers can contact us directly for the quickest delivery for your gown.

6.How can I get a fabric swatch of my gown?
a. Please contact your authorized retailer for details on how to obtain a fabric swatch of your gown. Keep in mind that unless it is requested at time of purchase, there may be slight dyelots. Also subject to availability.

7. What sizes do Paraezo’s gowns come in?
a. Our gowns are available in sizes 0 – 28, special measurements are also available. Please visit your authorized retailer for all sizing and measurement information.

a. Yes, we do offer special measurements. Please visit your authorized retailer for all sizing and measurement information.

9. Can I order my gown with custom length?
a. Yes, most styles can be ordered shorter or longer. It is best that you visit your authorized retailer for measurement details to ensure that you receive the appropriate length for your height and/or preference.

10. Can I cancel my order or return my gown?
a. This is a matter to be discussed with your authorized retailer as they all have their own return and exchange polices.

11. How can I view a catalogue of your gowns?
a. Pictures of our collection are available on our website. Also, you can visit any of our authorized retailers and view our catalogue.
